Pre-treat tile and grout with our commercial grade low-odor, non-toxic cleaner that loosens accumulated soap-scum, grease, contaminants and topical residues from soaps and body oils.

After a thorough cleaning, we inspect the grout and fill in missing areas as needed using the best matching color grout.

We then remove the old caulking and replace with mold resistant caulk. It is best to wait a day or so before caulking.

We can also seal the grout on your shower walls. This will help protect the grout from getting dirty and help to prevent the growth of mold. For showers/tub walls, it is recommended to reseal the grout, atleast, every 6 months. Sometimes more depending on how many people are using the shower in a weeks time.
